Just gotta say "On & On" by Erykah Badu is a such great song. Beautiful voice, great lyrics, great laid-back beat (dig the intro beats), nice bass line, and the guitars are smooth.

When he says so, it means he doesn't know nothing. In another words,he can see things in the different level of the others.
He also should know that he should not put himself down because of "knowing nothing".
